Agreement
By downloading or using Magic Storytelling, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If you use the app for a child, you confirm that you are their parent, guardian or otherwise authorized to supervise that use.
The service
Magic Storytelling helps families create, illustrate, save and narrate personalized bedtime fiction. Generated content can be unpredictable. You are responsible for reviewing a book before sharing it with a child and for choosing appropriate story inputs.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to create unlawful, abusive, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit or privacy-invasive material; to impersonate or harm another person; to infringe intellectual-property rights; or to bypass usage limits, security measures or provider safeguards. Do not enter confidential or highly sensitive personal information.
Your story inputs and books
You retain rights you already have in the lawful material you enter. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the generated books for personal and family purposes. Because generative systems can produce similar material for different users, generated results may not be unique and are not guaranteed to be copyrightable.
Subscriptions and limits
Paid features are sold through Apple's App Store. Prices, trial availability, billing periods and included creation limits are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account at least 24 hours before renewal, subject to Apple's rules. Restoring purchases requires the same Apple account and an active entitlement.
Availability
Saved books and bundled narration are designed to remain usable locally, but new story and illustration generation requires network access and third-party AI services. Generation can occasionally be delayed, refused or unavailable. We may change providers, models, features or reasonable usage limits to preserve quality, safety and service sustainability.
No professional advice
The app creates fiction for entertainment and family reading. It does not provide medical, psychological, educational, legal or other professional advice.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that every generation will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular child. Sweet Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here or communicated in the app when appropriate. We may suspend abusive use or access that threatens the service or other people.
