A new book will not create
- Check that the device has a stable internet connection.
- Leave Magic Storytelling open while the book is written and painted.
- If a page pauses, use the retry action shown directly on that picture.
- Confirm that you have not reached the creation allowance shown in the app.
The app preserves your choices when generation pauses, so you can retry without rebuilding the wizard.
A saved book is missing on another device
Make sure both devices use the same Apple account, iCloud Drive is enabled, and Magic Storytelling is allowed to use iCloud. Keep both devices online briefly so CloudKit can finish syncing. The local library remains available while sync catches up.
The storyteller is warming up
The bundled neural voice loads several on-device models the first time it is used after launch. Keep the app in the foreground for a moment. Later pages should start faster, and narrated pages are cached on the device. You can also open the voice button inside the reader to choose another available storyteller.
Restore a subscription
Open the subscription screen and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple account that made the purchase. If Apple's purchase history shows an active subscription but the app does not unlock it, email support with your device model and iOS version. Do not send payment-card details.

Please include the device model, iOS or iPadOS version, app version, selected story language and the step where the problem occurred. A screenshot is helpful. Do not include a child's full name or other sensitive information.
